Refund policy

Any purchase from Sylvia L Designs is a final sale. We accept exchanges (no refunds) for defective products only.

The customer agrees to check his package upon receipt of it.If you receive a defective product, you have a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase shown on your invoice, to contact us by email.We may replace the item with the same model. If this item is no longer available, we will replace it with a model of the same value.

Here is the procedure to follow for any exchange.

1) Contact us by email at sylvialdesigns@outlook.com to let us know about the problem.

2) Give us the reasons for your dissatisfaction.

3) Carefully wrap the jewelry, include the invoice in the package.

4) Ship your package to the following address:

No return or refund will be accepted. Exchanges will only be accepted in the event of defective products.
