Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY :
* On purchases under $20.00 , there is a charge of $3.00 for standard shipping (no tracking number is assigned).

* On purchases of $20.00 or more , standard shipping is free throughout Canada (no tracking number is assigned).

* With purchases of $100.00 or more , shipping by expedited parcel is free (a tracking number is assigned to you).

It takes approximately 1-3 business days to process your order, this does not include shipping time. When the order is processed, your package will be handled by Canada Post. Shipping times are estimated to be approximately:
 
IN QUEBEC :
* Standard : 3 to 9 working days (no tracking number is assigned).

* Registered mail : 2 to 5 working days (a tracking number is assigned).

* Expedited parcel: 2 to 5 working days (a tracking number is assigned).
 
IN CANADA :
* Standard : 7 to 14 working days (no tracking number is assigned).

* Registered mail : 2 to 6 working days (a tracking number is assigned).

* Expedited parcel: 2 to 6 working days (a tracking number is assigned).

UNITED STATES :
* Expedited parcel: (with tracking number): 5 to 12 working days.

* Trackable package: 10 to 20 working days.

If you are outside of Canada, shipping, taxes and customs fees may apply to you, Sylvia L Designs will not pay these additional fees.

We do not have control over delays and we are not responsible for additional delays caused by the carrier and/or any major cause.

Items will be sent by Canada Post. The order will be shipped to the address registered and confirmed by the customer when ordering. Orders may be delayed if the billing and shipping addresses are not the same and exceptionally in the event of an inventory shortage.

Shipping is done by Canada Post.
The shipping process only takes place once the order has been validated and payment has been completed online. If the banking centers refuse, the order is canceled. Once the order is finalized, you can no longer modify it, cancel it, or add a promo code. Shipping times may be longer if your order is pending credit approval/inspection.

In the event of force majeure, natural disaster, pandemic, strike, lockout or any other exceptional event, causing a delay or prohibition of shipment of the goods, Sylvia L Designs disclaims all liability for non-compliance with postal deadlines sent by Canada Post. No compensation or reimbursement can be demanded from Sylvia L Designs in the event of shipping delays, theft or damaged packages by Canada Post.
