SHIPPING POLICY

Rates throughout Canada:

For purchases under $25: a standard shipping fee of $4.00 applies (no tracking number is provided).

For purchases of $25 or more: standard shipping is free (no tracking number is provided).

For purchases of $100.00 or more: expedited parcel shipping is free (a tracking number is provided).

Expedited or Registered mail: shipping costs $10 or is free for purchases over $100 (a tracking number is provided).

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
 
In Quebec:

Standard: 3 to 10 business days (no tracking number is provided).

Expedited or Registered mail: 2 to 5 business days (a tracking number is provided).
 
Elsewhere in Canada:

Standard: 3 to 12 business days (no tracking number is provided).

Expedited or Registered mail: 3 to 7 business days (a tracking number is provided).

A processing time of approximately 1 to 3 business days is required to process your order, which does not include shipping time. Once the order is processed, your package will be handled by Canada Post and/or a company via Machool.

Items will be shipped via Canada Post and/or a company via Machool. The order will be shipped to the address provided and confirmed by the customer during the order. Orders may be delayed if the billing and shipping addresses are not identical and/or exceptionally in case of inventory depletion.

The shipping process only begins once the order is validated and payment is made online. In case of rejection by banking centers, the order is automatically canceled. Once the order is finalized, no modifications, cancellations, or additions of promotional codes are possible. Shipping times may be longer if your order is awaiting credit approval or inspection.

Sylvia L Designs disclaims all responsibility regarding non-compliance with postal deadlines by Canada Post and companies via Machool, as well as any force majeure, natural disaster, pandemic, strike, lockout, theft, damaged package, or any other exceptional event leading to breakage, delay, or prohibition of merchandise shipment. We have no control over these situations, and no compensation or refund can be claimed from Sylvia L Designs for the causes mentioned above.
