RETURN POLICY
We invite you to carefully check your order upon receipt.
Non-customized items sold at regular price may be exchanged. If a product does not suit you or if it has a defect upon receipt, you have 30 days from the date of purchase indicated on your invoice to request an exchange for an item or a gift card of equivalent value.
If you wish to exchange your item for a product of higher value, the price difference will simply be applied.
As our collections are produced in small series, the availability of models cannot be guaranteed at the time of exchange.
Customized and/or promotional items are considered final sales. They cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the case of an error in the product received or a defect found upon receipt.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you notice an error in the address provided during your order and it has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the correction.
Once the package has been shipped, it is unfortunately no longer possible for us to change the delivery address. Any costs resulting from an incorrect address (reshipment or replacement) will then remain the responsibility of the customer. Sylvia L Designs cannot be held responsible for additional costs related to this situation.
