RETURN POLICY :

The customer undertakes to check his package upon receipt of it.

All regular priced jewelry is 100% exchangeable. If you are not satisfied with the jewelry or it is defective, you have a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase, recorded on your invoice, to exchange it for another product of the same or higher value. If you choose jewelry with a higher cost, you will have to pay the additional costs. If the item is no longer available, we will replace it with a gift card of the same value. Quantities of our products are limited and we cannot guarantee availability.

The customer must return the item intact, in its original condition and the jewelry must not have been worn, otherwise it cannot be exchanged.

Customers are responsible for postage costs for their shipment and we will cover the return. For your security, it is preferable to opt for a shipment with a tracking number.

Discounted jewelry and lucky stones are final sales, non-exchangeable, non-refundable (unless there is an error on our part).

PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGING A JEWELRY :

You must first notify us by email and wait for our approval. Once you have received our approval, in an envelope, you must attach:

Your invoice or order number, your jewelry in its original condition (the jewelry must not have been worn...), as well as your full contact details (name, address and telephone number) so that we can return it to you. everything and join you if necessary.

PROCEDURE FOR ADJUSTING AN ELASTIC BRACELET :

(This service is offered in Canada only).

You have 30 days from the date of your purchase, recorded on your invoice, to have it adjusted (1 time) at our expense (you pay the shipping and we will cover the return).

For your security, it is preferable to opt for a shipment with a tracking number.

You must first notify us by email and wait for our approval. Once you have received our approval, in an envelope, insert your bracelet, your invoice and your complete contact details, then tell us the size of bracelet you want.
