Can I develop an allergy to stainless steel?

Stainless steel is hypoallergenic and very well tolerated by the vast majority of people with sensitive skin. Skin reactions are rare. If irritation does occur, it is advisable to remove the jewelry immediately, keep the skin clean and dry, and consult a dermatologist if the irritation persists.

I want to buy a bracelet with a charm, but I prefer a different charm, can I exchange it?

Yes, if the charm you want is available, but if its price is higher than the original, you will have to pay the difference.

I want to buy a necklace, is it possible to shorten or lengthen it and will there be additional costs?

Generally, it is possible to modify the length of a necklace, but sometimes this is not feasible.

There are no fees for shortening a necklace. However, there may be a slight additional charge for lengthening it.

Need an adjustment? We'll take care of it!

If your elastic bracelet isn't perfectly adjusted, no worries! You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a free adjustment (once per bracelet).

Simply email us at sylvialdesigns@outlook.com to get our approval before returning the jewelry to us.
Then, use a bubble envelope or a small box, and include:

  • your bracelet and the desired size
  • a copy or number of the invoice
  • your full contact details

📬 Shipping costs to our workshop are at your expense, but we will gladly cover the return costs.

For added peace of mind, we advise you to use tracked shipping (optional, but recommended). However, we cannot be held responsible if the package does not reach us.

Out-of-warranty adjustment

It is always possible to have your bracelet adjusted, even after 30 days or if it is a second adjustment.

A fixed fee of $10 applies to cover time, materials, and shipping.
